Analyses the disadvantages of the traditional air-source variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system in hot summer and warm winter zone. Combined with a specific application case in Fuzhou area, compares the technical and economical features of multiple air conditioning schemes and adopts a water-source VRF air conditioning scheme. Analyses the main technical indexes of the system, including the total distribution power, power distribution per unit building area and the corresponding EER of the system in each operation mode, and emphatically discusses the advantages of the technical measures and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction adopted in the water-source VRF air conditioning system in hot summer and warm winter zone.
